Alloy Windows and Doors is an independent fabricator manufacturing high performance doors and windows using thermally broken Swiss steel and European hardware. We are located in Wellesley, MA.
Why steel? Because it is meant for aesthests. Why thermally broken steel? Because it creates the thermal break needed for high performance fenestration.
Thermally broken steel allows the creation of highly superior fenestration with a slimline face-width for any type of construction, in almost any shape and dimension. This custom-made fenestration can meet current and future code Uw performance values including values applicable to Passivehaus or Zero Energy construction. We are also offering fenestration made from stainless steel and Corten steel as an option.
Due to the filigree dimensions of the steel profile this type of fenestration can be also suitable for historic renovations.
Besides exterior fenestration we also use a dedicated slimline steel profile for interior glass doors and walls fabrication.
Since we are a custom fabricator, we can also combine glass and wood depending on your needs and specification. For above reachable level windows we offer motorized options. Our process allows us to accommodate a variety of geometries, shapes and forms for windows and doors, external and internal.
Our doors and windows have multi-locking capabilities that provide a better option against burglars. For any special safety requirements, we can build your fenestration with specific anti-burglar options.
To augment our windows and doors we are offering custom sized motorized outdoor Venetian blinds, secure roller shutters and pergolas.

We can support the shown geometries when building the window or door as per your specification.
Based on the need and the profile used there are constraints on the radius that can be achieved.
Minimum radius dimension starts at 300 mm (11 13/16″) for certain profile and can be as high as 1200 mm (47 1/4″) for other profiles depending on sizes, dimensions and what is the end product.

EXTERIOR BLINDS.
S-Shape/Z-Shape Slat:
These outdoor blinds are provided with the innovative ECN-system, are nearly noiseless and very wind-resistant. There is the standard variant slats are 92 mm (3 5/8″), and there is a narrower one available with a slat width of 63 mm (2 1/2″), which is perfectly suitable for little recess depths with small wall structures or for renovations.
The HELLA daylight control system controls and doses the daylight. It creates a comfortable atmosphere with little energy consumption because of the less frequent use of artificial light.

PERGOLAS.
VENTUR is the bioclimatic pergola with adjustable aluminium slats and a horizontal roof. When closed, the slats form an optimal rain shelter. When the roof is opened, in addition to the shade, a cooling draft is created. This way, the terrace becomes an oasis of well-being even on hot summer days. Optionally dimmable LED lighting provides a pleasant mood light in the evening hours. With the vertical shading VENTUR SIDE, the pergola can be closed at the sides.
The SINTESI pergola is an innovative model with precise and reliable guiding of the cover. When it is extended, it combines the lightness of the design with the outstanding properties of the cover. The cover is guided inside the guide rails and the mechanics thus disappears in the particularly slim structure. In this way, the water is also drained away concealed via the column. That is aesthetics with practical advantages: The retracted cover requires about 20 percent less space
than with traditional constructions.
Sturdy like a pergola, slim and elegant like an awning. The ELEGANZA can be easily mounted on walls, ceilings or rafters. In the protect version, the fabric is guided without gaps along the sides in a special profile for increased wind stability. If desired, inconspicuous LED strips in the profiles provide atmospheric, indirect light. A motorized Varioplus roller blind can also be mounted between the rigid columns for vertical shading.
ROLLER SHUTTER.
A roller shutter fulfills several functions at once. In addition to providing a high level of protection against burglary, it also ensures a pleasant indoor climate in summer and winter. Especially in times of rising energy costs, this is a very important factor that saves heating costs and often even makes air
conditioning unnecessary.
LESS HEATING ENERGY IN WINTER
When closed, roller shutters create an air cushion in front of the glass and thus prevent the circulation of air. As a result, a roller shutter reduces heat loss through the window by up to 30 percent and thus saves significantly on heating costs.
LESS COOLING ENERGY IN SUMMER
When closed the roller shutters shield up to 85 percent of the heat of the sun and often replace an air-conditioning system. Modern daylight roller shutters still allow comforting light to enter the room.
